Allergies Ceramide Products

I bought Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide products from Edgars Thursday, 31st October 2019. I used these products until Saturday morning, 2 November 2019.

I do have reaction (acute allergic) reactions to the products.

I made contact with the consultants at the Edgars branch Friday afternoon. I asked them if it was normal to have redness and itching after applying them( the products) at first.

On Saturday evening I went to the chemist, bought remedies but I came from a Medical Practioner now. Received some medicine and was advised not to use the products again.

I send an email to Elizabeth Arden this morning but was advised to contact their international office in America...

My concern who will accept blame, as both Edgars and Elizabeth Arden refused to give samples.

What must I do with these products, it need to be return and I need to be compensated.

I really do not have time to go Edgars and not be assisted.

I really am disappointed.
