Elixir Woman SA does not exist, its a ****

I wish I could continue without a start. I have read 2 other woman with same issue. Ordered, paid, received order number, received DHL waybill nr ..... received notice on Saturday that it was delivered to JHB. @DHL is also ignoring me. But no response on the mails, I tried everything, its one massive online ****!! Do not buy, do not enter your credit card on here!!! Let's shut that website DOWN!! Refund & Cancellation policy is in Spanish (wish I investigated!) and states no orders UNDER $5000 can be refunded lol, what a joke.
