Angry customer

Do not order from these ****mers!!!!!! I ordered on the 7th March and received an email with an order number and was even premium shipping. Checked on the order today because I have heard nothing since and it says it was delivered in Johannesburg. So now I have lost R510 because I cannot get it refunded from my bank and they don't respond and I didn't get the product I ordered.
