ELIXIR BAD QUALITY OF STRINGS

Good day,<br> <br> We are local musicians in Stellenbosch and are fans of Elixir acoustic strings. This is now the third time our strings snapped on different guitars. One snapped while restringing, the other snapped after using for 3 weeks.<br> <br> This is very unprofessional to perform and can't rely on the quality of our acoustic guitar's strings. this is unexceptable considering the amount we pay for the product. <br> <br> We normally love promoting your product but due to the disappointment we are considering using another product.<br> <br> Marketing is very important but rather take note in the quality of your products.<br> <br> We would like to know what the Elixir's feedback would be.<br> <br> Your assistance in this matter is appreciated.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Anton Le Grange <br> <br>
