Dissatisfactory service from Elixi health. I consulted with a Dr who wrote a prescription for me but I could not get medication at pharmacy as they said I need authorisation - only to find out that the medication I can get from Dr is limited meds. I can Ex a toy get the medication that the Dr prescribed for me. I’m very dissatisfied. The call centre could not even be able to assist me regarding the matter. So much time wasted.
