Elixer Live a waist of time

I am so tired of waiting for Elixier Live on Altron Healthtech to function early mornings. In the early hours of the day is when I have time to do admin...and numerous occations I just have to close Elixer because it is not responding...connection time out and not even opening up certain icons.

My internet service works fine...all other programs work fine but elixer early hours NO! I am so tired of not being able to use a program that I pay for!
