Worst service ever !!

We app**** for 2 UK Visas with Elite Visas as they were highly recommended to us. All the correct information and documents were given to Elite Visas. On the first attempt of my UK visas, my information was incorrectly captured by Elite Visas, who we have paid a service fee for these type of errors to be excluded. The visas were declined on the first attempt. We were then advised to apply again an they promised they would double and triple check before submitting the second time. On arrival for biometrics, we discovered that they have captured my date of birth incorrectly. This is after they assured us that they have tripled checked the information. The service from the team of Elite visas was pathetic .. Hazel was rude an arrogant, Dale refused to respond or communicate with us. We made an effort to go their offices where they never allowed us in. They spoke to us through a closed gate. With all the errors from their side, our chances of getting a UK Visa has been jeopardized .. I strongly suggest that no individual or company should ever use this company for their services. Only empty promises !
