Rent to buy or Take over installment ****

Elite Vehicle Brokers by Maggy Potter and Viresh, they ****med me R286 500, they claimed that Viresh owns the car - Toyorlta Forturner, which they said they are putting it on rent-to-buy/take-over-car instalment process, we paid them R125 000 deposit on December 2022, we paid installment of R16 000 per month from January to November 2023, only to find out when ABSA traced to the car to us, the car was paid installment to ABSA, both are not taking our calls nor responding to our messages, also the vehicle is not even owned by Viresh
