Refund Delay

After charging an immediately payable deposit of R13000 it has taken over 2 weeks to calculate and invoice amount owed and then still no refund paid back that is due to us the client. Staff very polite on the phone but just no action. Frustrated with overcharging of overtime and non payment of over R2000 owed to us.
