I would not recommend them to anyone

This is the worst company to deal with. In the year that I have dealt with them I have had to liaise with three different sales people. They don't last. Behind the scenes politics at their company gets in the way of proper service delivery to customers. After renting a vehicle for a while, we returned it. About a month after returning the truck they sent me an invoice for apparent damages to the truck, of over R 70 000.00. Luckily we took pictures of the truck upon collecting it from them, as well as returning it. We had proof that the damages were not done by us. After much deliberation the damages were written off and everything just went quiet. I have also had to request multiple credits because they do not invoice/bill correctly. They bill for more days than what the trucks were actually used for. We have decided to end our relationship with them and requested our holding deposit back. It has been three weeks of constant roadblocks. When I ask the FM for feedback she simply states "She cannot say how long it is going to take". There is nothing outstanding from our side; their team is just completely ***********. I would not recommend them to anyone.
