Money paid, no service received from Elite Tracing Agency

The promise of Elite Tracing Agency was that I will only pay once the tracing report is ready. The invoice was issued on 21/07/2021 and I paid on 16/08/2021 and still have not received my report to date. On 23/09/2021 they informed me it was sent to me via e-mail. I never received it and sent them 2 of my e-mails so that they rend. Followed up again on 28/09/2021 and asked them to send via whatsapp and still nothing.

I have called the service provider, sent e-mails, and sent whatsapp messages. They sent me a whatsapp voice note message to say that they have sent the report but when I asked them to sent it via whatsapp they stopped taking my calls and have never responded to my e-mails.
