Bad service, no order received

Good day,

I really can't rate the rating I have given above is because I couldn't reite my review without rating them. They deserve no ratings at all. I ordered PS4 Pro from the, we communicated well with them but after I paid they kept quite. 7 days past without any tracking number or any communication. I tried so many times to send messages, even called no answer until today. Have made and paid my order on the 3rd April. Bad service, I have never came across such a bad service.
