The worst of the worst

<p>Have been exposed to this company for approximately 5 years and the worst service ever received from a service provider. The owner, Jonathan Blackburn, has missed numerous appointments with me - always without apologising and blaming others. Will normally instruct his staff to phone to apologise about his double booking. When a person endeavours to make contact with him you are confronted with a voice message telling you that he is busy with a charity project!! (nogal)...... The problem is that once you have insalled (at considerale cost) the Elite product, you are saddled with them for a long time. STAY AWAY!! </p>
