Elite teaching solutions, elite tutoring, elite systems all ********* companies belonging to one ***** owner Mr.Motlatla

The owner of this tutoring company based in Hatfield, parkfield court park street has *******ly dismissed me one month into our 5 month contract. The owner Mr.Motlatla, indicated he would not be paying me for my one month of hard work or for the length of the contract even though he knew my financial situation and knew I worked hard to make sure I got to Hatfield to help work. One day while Mr. Motlatla proclaimed he was physically and mentally exhausted he started attacking all the team members and any member that spoke up got fired. I for one was not going to be subject to a poor working environment spoke up that what he was saying was not all true and very emotion based. Elite teaching then without following any procedure terminated 3 of our contracts on the spot. This means once I coded the website for elite tutoring they were going to terminate my lifetime contract whenever I was finished with the website. Mr.Motlatla has been taken to the ccma for further action and I would just like to warn anyone considering working with or using these services to use them with extreme caution as this company is a ********** and ******* company. The company is severely in debt and therefore the owner has resorted to theft and *******ion to keep his head above water. Amongst *******ly breaching contracts the company also mistreats it's workers and has no regard for human life as there is currently staff working hard with no salaries just a hope for that days transport and lunch money. I urge everyone to sanction this company and spread the word of the poor business practices going on inside elite tutoring services. God Bless
