Over charged

I requested a cab from salt River to burgundy estate and my bill was R450 and the guy didn't even run a meter, the following morning I used Unicab and to go back to salt River and my bill was R260..how is that possible when ad used the same route? I think Its disgusting and I'm highly disappointed.
