Refund been ignored

I have deleted and asked to cancel my membership last year and they said it's fine the did delete and cancelled all accounts from me the beginning of this month I got a deduction from them and they said they did not receive any mails or so. I asked them for a refund as I do not use the app or dont even go back on the site but they do not even reply on the refund they just say it's been cancelled and I can still use the app for another 5 months ( it was an 6 month period that I took before I cancelled last year) I asked them a few times to refund me as I do not use the app and I did cancel they just ignore the refund and carry on with I can use the app still for 5 months is there someone that can assist on this as I am tired of people that just taking from me and dont even have the decency to talk properly back and answer me on my questions
