Poor service with worse ending

<p>I signed up but found no match. I forgot about this service and on the day that it renews I cancelled but they say I have to still pay. I explained that I don't want the service and is terminating on the day of renewal...they said they won't refund and I can enjoy their useless site for the next period paid for.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained I don't need the service and need my money. They just said sorry...not possible. Pathetic if you ask me...I bet they catch a lot of subscribers like that. They didn't even send me a reminder that my service is renewing...that is outright evil.</p>
