Keep away, they damage reputations

I was a member last year November and decided to rejoin now. All was going fine for the 2 days that I had membership, and this morning I got notification that I have had membership cancelled, that my IP address (exactly the same as last year), is out of the country. Bam. Any chats deleted and gone. They were 'kind' enough to refund me. They have no idea what they are doing!!!!!
