False Advertising

<p>I subscribed to Elite Singles in March for a promotional deal they had, a once off fee of R299. It clearly stated that this is a once off fee as there are other options available to have a 3 month or 6 month subscription. They have renewed my subscription for another month as I didn't send an email to cancel my subscription. They are also threatening to hand me over to debt collectors if I do not pay an additional R399. As per THEIR email:</p> <p> </p> <p>Our records show that you initially subscribed to a 1-month premium membership on the 28th of March for the total price of 299.00 ZAR.</p> <p>Your subscription automatically renews</p> <p> </p> <p>Why does it renew if you only have a 1 month subscription? </p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting false advertising and money making scheme. I will not pay a single cent further.</p>
