"I have not received any service since I joined and paid the subscription fee 5 days ago. Despite reporting the issue multiple times per day, I received no feedback from the admin or tech team. It seems that the company has no customer support at all. I am concerned that I may need to request a refund for the 4 months' payment I made in advance."
