Elite Singles *****ing your money!

I joined Elite Singles last year June 2016. I paid the fee of R 800. It says that you must cancel your subscription a month beforehand. I did that but still they took of my subscription for the new year. When I lodged a complaint with their customer services. They rep**** saying they cant process my query.

Stay Away. The website is useless and nothing came out of it in terms of meeting new people and they ***** your money
