Elite singles has ****** my money without authorization.

Dishonest company.! I selected a one month option at the highest price of R779. Only one month to see if I like the site. It sucked. So I decided to remove my profile. January comes. Elite singles takes another R779.99 out of my account without notifications nor approval. Now I request a refund as this was a unauthorized deduction and now they say its google not them elite singles are liers. I chose a one month option and they keep taking my money the second month. I've been emailing for 3 days now. And they are ignoring my emails just like google. They are refusing to give my money back. I did not approve a ongoing subscription I took a one month subscription, which means it should stop after the one month is over. Not continuing taking my money. Now they are giving all sorts of excuses and refusing to give my money back. Elite singles is a **** company that ***** your money and then pretends they dont know. I will be posting this on FB too. People must know that you are *********. Dishonest and misleading website.
