I would actually rate them as - 0! You cannot contact them because you cannot find the form you are supposed to complete. Been on the site and was only introduced to ****ners! They wake up a week after you have already blocked the person and tell you to be carefull! You ask to be introduced to South Africans and you get foreigners. Quick to take your money. If you can't get hold of them to complain, how are you going to cancel?
