Even if your preference is for instance white only - they match you with any race. My suggestions are 80% NOT within my race preference. This is their reply...

The right to withdraw from your contract is only valid for 7 days, starting from the day you first buy your membership. If the paying, Premium features are used during this time, the right to a refund is voided.
