Cancelled Subscription After Taking My Payment!!

I've subscribed to www.EliteSingles.co.za as I'm a single gent, and have been for quite some time, for the purpose of meeting and spending time with new friends. I followed the instructions and payment was taken from my credit card, which was successful. I've been able to create a profile and it was active for not even 2 days - after which time I received an e-mail that my account has been closed due to my request. This is not the case!! And they've taken my subscription for 6 months!!! I've written an e-mail to enquire about it and have not received a response. I either want my money back or get my profile re-instated. WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT....come on guys!! This is no good!!
