Beware!They just debit your Credit Card regardless

I joined Elite Singles using my cell phone in September of this year and took the 3 month special for R149. On logging on 01/12/2015 to cancel the membership, as it is a huge waste of time, low and behold I have been debited on my credit card for another 3 months. I wrote to their support to a person called Alana and was basically told that it was renewed as it is done automatically and i must read the terms and conditions. I explained that I had cancelled in time I was told again to read the terms and conditions and explained to like a 10 year old how to deleted my profile. I have asked my bank to cancel the transaction and reverse the debit but this could take a while. So BEWARE of this site. They just like to debit your credit card without getting permission or authorisation. And it is a huge **** as the people you meet on the site are only interested in one thing....***!
