Battling to get my refund back from elite after my cancellation

Their marketing is very extensive, the service is not the best, actually it is the worst. Try tindel, Buzz dating. I have cancelled many times and Elite keeps on deducting the funds off my account. After many cancellations emails. It looks as though I am going to have to get a new card so that it is not done again. They have also not refunded me my funds after the cancellation. Disgusted.
