Elite shower JHB RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!

Madeleine at Elite showers handled a re-schedule so very unprofessional ! I had a situation that was out of my control were the security gate asked for a workers permit the estate agent had to arrange .Naturally I am also upset due to the frustration of arranging people to open the unit and wait , and then had to reschedule .I do believe that the comment "we cant come tomorrow cause we have work to do" could have stayed as that made me feel like my job was not important ! Madeleine Being the front end of this business , gives a very negative vibe and I will most definitely not recommend them due to the feeling I got from their services .- jigg!
