Absolutely poor service and no accountability

Unfortunately can not recommend Elite Showers in Pretoria at all. When they came to install my custom-made shower, they broke the one panel before even starting the installation. After another lengthy delay, the installers could not even properly align the panels and only after I had to point this out, did they correct it, with me having to supply additional tiles as they had already drilled the holes incorrectly.

Worse though is the fact that the door shattered within two months due either to faulty installation or poor quality glass. Eventually they did replace the door but I had to pay for all materials again. Same thing happened couple of months later, however this time they just did not respond to any of the my queries, merely ignored me and next thing handed over correspondence to their attorney, who promised to review the case and get back to me. Still waiting after another month has gone by.
