Lies, Lies, Lies

I spoke to a call centre agent named Michelle, who promised to provide me with a quote on my KIRBY. She assured me it was a no obligation quote and she promised to pick it up for free from my residence and should I not accept the quote, it will be returned to me at no cost to me. She assured me that it was a free no obligation quote, and i had nothing to loose. Delivery was free. When I explained that the quote was more than I was willing to spend at this point and she should return my machine, i was told that i would have to pay the delivery. When I explained to Angela that Michelle assured me that delivery was included, as this was a no obligation quote. She denied it and I havent been able to get hold of Michelle since. The company claims she is off sick. I would like some feedback regarding this matter as Angela promised to speak to management and get back to me. I am still waiting.
