Rude and abrasive

Having just moved into my first house, I had a problem with my gate motor just as I moved in. I googled repairs and the information for Elite Security Systems came up, amongst many others. I called and explained my problem and requested assistance. I was treated with contempt by an aggressive and annoyed telephone attendant who couldn't seem to fathom that I have never dealt with these sorts of issues. To be quite frank, he was a real asshole to me and showed no patience or understanding. I obviously said that I would not be using their service and his only response was a sarcastic \perfect\".
