Worst experience ever - still no delivery 2 weeks later
The service is *******. I ordered solar panels on 6 May 2024. I paid same day. The last communication i received was "Order confirmed, payment recieved." Today is the 20th May 2024 and I have not received any communication further. The only time i get feedback is when i call them. I keep getting "ill check up on the order." "Ill follow up with the online sales." "Will get you a tracking number." But nothing. If they cannot fulfill my order then they should just refund me my money.
Completely *******. The worst shopping experience. I will NEVER use this business and i would NOT recommend at all. Save yourself the trouble, there are MUCH better online shops out there.

As a follow up to this post, I was contacted by Elite Renewable Solutions shortly after i posted the review. I cannot say it was because of the review or just a coincidence. Niki resolved my issue very quickly after this and I recieved my order. Im very grateful. However, i would still rate the shopping experience as a negative one because of the trouble i had to go through to get my order.
I can only hope that ERS will be better to other customers going forward.
