From my honest experience we did not start off on a good note, so I had installation done by another solar company called Solar Traders Africa which turned out to be an horrific experience. After Sheldon returned my deposit he contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience he has caused, I explained to him my situation and he offered to rectify my solar system. On the day Sheldon and his team showed up, we discovered that the system installed by Solar Traders Africa was a fire hazard and was on the brink of burning. After rescuing my system, by performing a whole new installation, it looks amazing. Once the job had been completed Sheldon further surprised me by issuing me a huge discount as a show of good faith.
