No COC and SSEG registration delivered
Sheldon and his team did a decent installation at my property in Cape Town but are yet to provide me with the required COC and SSEG registration documents, which required by the City of Cape Town and insurance companies.
I've followed up with Sheldon a few times with promises it will be provided. He has now stopped responding to my messages. I'm at risk with both the City of Cape Town for a ******* installation as well as being uninsured due to documents outstanding.

17 Jan 2024, 11:59Sheldon resolved the issue with my SSEG and other certificates shortly after I did this review. I also need to call out that they were awesome when my installation was tampered with and got a call from Sheldon at 23:00 on a Friday notifying me that intruders are probably trying to ***** my installation. He has also been great in getting my installation fixed even though he is in Sasolburg and I am in Cape Town.
