ERS shopping experience.

I’ve placed an order on 7 June 2024 for an 16Kva sunsynk inverter with 2 x 10kw battery & 24 panels. To this day, I’ve only received excuses from Sheldon & one month later I’m still waiting for delivery and installation. He keeps on promising new dates for installation but then comes with excuses that he is busy on other installation. My shopping experience has been a really bad one and really regret my choice of shopping from ERS when there were other reliable Solar shops. I hope to be proven wrong.
