DO NOT!! I repeat.. DO NOT!!
The worst decision ever!! My husband and I regret not doing our research on this company by checking reviews. Initially we had our doubts because the address on the quotation took us to a random house in Sasolburg. Sheldon then called us and gave us a different location which he said was his place (so he claims). It was probably to win our trust. He then did a followup phone call asking us to pay deposit and promised to do installation by the end of the week. We paid. Now he is giving us stories, no communication we have to chase him. Sheldon sets appointments and doesn’t show up. We just hope we can get our refund back because there is absolutely no way you can trust solar installation from people with ***** characters. ERS is a total **** I would not recommend them. We now just want our money back
We were suppose to install last week, we are relocating premises that is why we gave you an address where we working from to se us in person.
