6 weeks later and no installation or refund

Got a quote from Elite Renewable early in June. Paid the FULL deposit on the 18th June and i was told Installation will happen on 4th July. 4th July came and no installation done. I was told it will be done the following week. From then on I've had excuse after excuse. i was told if the installation is not done on the 22nd i will be refunded. It;s now the 25th and i have not received my refund or installation.
