Stay Away From This Developer (ELITE PROPERTY )

I bought a house off plan, It was built and standing last year. I released all funds from the bank to them to be able to pay builders. They have still not given me all my certification - occupancy, water and electricity. I still have not taken over the house from them but I'm responsible for paying the bank back each month. I am disgusted by the lies of the director Speedo Horn.<br> <br> If you can, look for a more trustworthy developer. Save yourself a lot of grief!!!<br>
