Poorest Service Level Ever

<p>I have a unit rented out through this agent. The tenant has paid rent in advance with all proof of payment forwarded to me. Elite property has 2 months rent that has still not been paid over to me. I have left numerous messages and sent emails - all unanswered....Why does that surprise me? Poor service should be part of their mission statement ....at least they would have met that objective</p>
