WORST EVER! He threatened me with death.

Contacted them on 05-05-2019 to unblock a drain, instead the plumber tried to convince me that they had to lay a new pipe(not even to the area i asked him to check) and that they will quote on that. the drain was a little bit better and they gave me an invoice with a 7 day warranty.

On 09-08-2019 I called them again, they came. i showed the new plumber they sent, the same issue (Now my entire yard is filled with sewage) he plunged the mains and unblocked the drain and that solved the problem, no issue. The plumber wanted to invoice me and I stated that the job is under warranty.

Their boss then phoned me and threatened me with violence and death. this guy should go to jail. I am pressing charges. He also sent defamatory and lady part words to my sms. What a quality human being . (Sarcasim)
