USELESS - WORST COMPANY - CLIENT SERV

These people came out to my house to fix blocked drain. R2500 later (*******) it was fixed apparently. It is now 3 weeks later and the drain if worse than it was 3 weeks ago and my whole house now stinks of this drain.

I phoned so they can come out and fix what I paid R2500 for, but they just said "tough" its more than 7 days and not our problem. If we come we charge you again.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will tell every single person I know or meet about how horrible these people are.

I just expect that if I pay R2500 for a blocked drain, that it would not be blocked worse than before just 3 weeks later!!!
