Unprofessional, ********* and rude

I made use of Elite Plumbing 24/7 t/a DJK Plublec 24/7 on 28/11/2018.

I had a leaky valve on a toilet that they replaced and charged me R2400. R850 for the callout and R1550 for the valve. Retail the valve is available for R300. When I called to ask why I was charged such an excessive amount I was met with extreme rudeness and animosity.

Please do not use these people and spread the word. They are very unprofessional, ********* and rude.
