The owner is so RUDE

The guy who answers the phone is so arrogant, the ad on google says no call out fee, but will not tell you there is a standard R850 fee for locating the problem, when i asked why was i not informed the guy shouted from the top of his lungs telling me i never asked. I mean what do i know about plumbing, knowing there is a R850 standard fee you can let the customer know so they make a conscious decision. RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE i paid R1250 for a toilet tank lick that could have costed me around R600 if i was a little patient with another plumber, just that i wanted the problem fixed.
