Shocking Shocking when you're told to F*CK OFF

Shocking when you are told by a service provider to F*CK OFF! and the the phone is put down in your ear. We called Elite Plumbing out on Monday to fix 2 leaking toilets. We were quoted R890 per toilet and when he arrived he had R50 toilet putty (the same kind we had purchased from Builders over the weekend to try and fix the toilets). He graciously gave us a small discount and told me there was a 5 month guarantee. The toilets were leaking again within 24 hours. I gave him 48 hours advanced notice and asked him to come on Friday when my Domestic lady is at around. I just got home to fine the he had not been. I called to inquire and was told that the bakkie was being towed to Boksburg and he'd let me know when he can come. I explained that I was understandably angry cause I had asked 2 days ago for him to come and he got rally aggressive telling me he can't tell when a vehicle is going to break. I tried to explain that a call or sms would have been acceptable (I admit I did show agitation but was by no means aggressive until he started yelling at me at which point I yelled back and he told me not to treat him like a dog. He then proceeded to tell me to F*CK OFF! and slammed the phone down. Well done Stanley, Excellent service!
