Ridiculously overcharging

Called them out to replace the Cistern Parts of my toilet. Was charged R950 for a trace and locate; R1,850 for supply and fit of the cistern parts (plus a flexi-hose) and R250 for replacing the washers on four taps. So I paid R2,750 for 30mins work.
