Poor service and disgusting threats!!!!

<p>Dirk from Elite Plumbers 24/7. Had someone waiting at the house from 11h00 and your plumber Quintin arrived at 20h00 that evening. Your adverti*****t said within an hour (picture attached). Quintin went ahead and poured black liquid schedule 8 (which he showed me and told me it's *******) down the drain. That cleared the blockage however he without my consent went and poured it down the other sink, the washing machine outlet, and the dishwasher outlet. I have asked for a breakdown of exactly what substance it was before I pay R650 X 4 = R2600 for something that took 20min's, left the house smelling and making me itch and burn to the point I had to sleep at a friend's house.
