Poor service

In July 2019 I emailed Dirk Koekemoer, seemingly the owner of 24/7 t/a DJK Plumblec 24/7 asking for a plumbers report for work done at a property we let because the invoice simply says 1 hour labour R1250. I have received absolutely no feedback and still don't know what work was done. Any reputable company should have records and photos.
