Over charging ******

****** rude and ******, the guys take advantage of women, they ignore the request for a qoute and say they don't do that, thay charge a flat rate of R850 whether they see you for 5 minutes or an hour they say.... I feel they took advantage of my girlfriend and charged her R850 to tell her there is a no units in her prepaid electric meter....when I called the guy that answered the phone he said I'm wasting his time and put down the phone
