No way to treat a customer

Overcharged by a long way, job not done properly, 3 rd time ,again after 2 days, drain blocks . We can only come out tomorrow.\If you do not like it get another plumber. One manager puts the phone down on you and terrible attitude, next one not acceptable I will sort it out, guess what no call and now calls not answered. Another plumber comes out and sorts it out, his verdict, incorrect tools used.
