Incomplete work

I called these guys on a Saturday morning and credit to them they came out within a few hours. they did however insist on COD which was fine, but as I wasn't on site I had no choice but to believe them when they said the work was done.<br> <br> Admittedly the plumbing was completed but they failed to replace the paving citing wet conditions (but they also failed to tell me so on demanding payment). when I returned and saw that paving was not replaced I messaged and initially got the wet sand response and then silence when asking as to a completion time.<br> <br> After getting hold of Dirk, whom I'd originally contacted (Manie being the plumber), I got a message saying they'd be in on Friday. now, 5 days later, they have yet to appear or call me back.
